Thanks for the replies.
Martin, forgot to put in original post, injectors checked for leakage, all equal about 5ml/10 sec can't remember exact amount, seemed a little more than I would expect from say a Peugeot HDi but as I say all were equal.
Terry, thanks for the input on the pump, how do I prove if its the pump and what is the fix as you say there is no need to remove the pump.
