Hi Graeme,
I don't know what type of O2S is fitted on this system but I have been led to believe that the O2S on a diesel is only there to monitor EGR operation. As far as I understand it the AFR cannot be altered because they run on excess air. Someone else with more knowledge may confirm or correct this.
