Thanks Jon, the I asked the garage to check tandem pump pressure, I dont have the results here, thought it was a bit low but at the time had nothing to compare with. The tank pump had a perfectly uniform current draw, although at the time I thought the actual current draw was low. If this was the fault I think we qwould be experiencing cold start problems too though. Shut off flap and CTS both ok.

If the engine is switched off when hot, it will not start 30 mins later unless cranked for 30 secs. Difficult to see anything wrong in live data during this time. Strangely, if I make no attempt to start it, but wait 3 or more hours, it starts and runs perfectly. So seems to be temperature related. I think I have seen the Frank Massey video, was it the one with the DMF problems too? Will watch again tomorrow.
