Retraced all our previous steps, all intake pipes and intercooler clear , fitted new turbo and has been ok since. Customer came in to pay the other day and said everything was ok. He then asked for a discount because of the faulty turbo. I told him the invoice was £40 cheaper than what we quoted! Don't know why we bother sometimes!!
