Best practice when fitting a new turbo is a new intercooler as well, its suprizing how far those tiny bits of metal can travel, and where they will hide!
The last one we fitted had lots of debris inside the intercooler, the smallest piece can cause total destruction. Not having a poke, weve all done it!
