when i had the DRV disconected i still had high pressure in the rail so i removed the valve and turned engine over to try and flush out the pump,then blew it out with air line.When i put it back together it seems to be ok [keeping my fingers crossed] Thanks for all the help lads and happy new year. I will leave it another few days to put it as fixed.
