Firstly thanks to Simon and Aidan for the info and diagrams, could not have done this repair without them

Hooked up Pico. I had 12v at pin 15 (supply to relay) on the engine bay relay and 12v at pin 6 to EGR. I had 12v at the EGR for a few seconds then it dropped out

A good wiggle of the loom back to the relay and the 12v kept dropping in and out. Cut back the loom and found the wire rubbed through at the clamp on top of the power steering pump

Soldered in new wire and job done
