I did a bit of research on one of these that I was having issues on (2002 model ) apparently if the IMV / suction valve is replaced it needs adapting / calibrating on the dealer tool. If you have changed the whole pump, including the valve I would think this would apply.
Would not expect symptoms to be exactly the same.
