Hi George,

These turbos do not have a wastegate controller as they do not have a wastegate. They do however have an electronic boost control actuator, which is an electronic device operating on CAN that controls the vanes Of the Variable geometry turbo.

These actuators can be repaired, according to a company called "ECU Testing" in Nottingham, I have never tried them so don't hold your breath.

As far as I know, these actuators are matched exactly to the turbo, and Garratt only supply them as a matched pair.
