Ive also seen multiple turbo failures on DV6 engined vehicles and every one has no or dubious service history
If i get a DV6 with a blown turbo and i dont mean the nut has fell off the compressor [common as well] i always insist on removing the sump and the cam covers first , if the cam covers look like an old ford cvh then its game over for the engine no amount of flush or the fluid that dealers recommend will stop premature turbo failure
