The only advice I would offer, is that you experiment with your own tool & learn it's method. The problem with re entering the correction factor codes for all cyliners in one hit, is that you won't know if you have done it correctly or otherwise.
Do the offending cylinder only, that way you will be sure of your proceedure. After all, what's the point in telling the PCM or IDM the same correction codes that are already stored (for the fault free cylinders at least)
