I've got a tricky one here....Customer brought car from auction with MIL on. Found turbo to be blown up, so fitted new turbo. Now I have vehicle back together, the turbo is trying to produce too much boost pressure and sounds like it wants to blow again. I have no fault codes and live data is not very helpful on the solus. I have replaced boost pressure control valve and boost pressure sensor, but still no joy. I wonder whether the intercooler and run on flap units on induction pipes are to blame?
