i've had immobiliser problems with a citroen relay (same van)
if the immobiliser key symbol doesn't go out when cranking that's where your issue lies
if you have the imm. code from the car pass you can check by going into engine ecu on scanner & entering the code as prompted under emergency code start procedure or something like that, if it starts then you've got immobiliser control box issues
