Hi guys, I wonder if any of you can help.
Vehicle will not start.
Compression on all cylinders is 400psi.
Good flow and pressure from lift pump.
350bar at fuel rail on cranking.
1300bar direct from the pump on cranking and holding around 800-850bar.
Glow circuit working ok and new glow plugs fitted.
Injectors were removed and tested on our Hartridge bench tester, backleak wasok but none were firing below 400bar so new injectors (0445 110 076) were fitted.
Timing has been checked and double checked.
Diesel has been drained and changed, filter has been renewed.
Inlet and exhaust tracts have been checked and are clear.
The ecu IS firing the injectors but is it possible they are not firing in the right order for some reason?
Anyone had any immobiliser issues with these?
