Hi all,vehicle recovered to us,alt. belt gone,driven till dead"ran ok until 3rd jump start"!!checked with Planet,BSi lost VIN,transponder codes etc.Global test no comms with eng.Reconfigured VIN & confidential code.All ok(had to use new chip in key)
Had this fault before and fixed ok,this one still no goBSi not paired engine ECM.Live data on ECM just reads ?????.Checked all +/-(or have I?)Suspect BSi but on back order 'till end of month and got doubts over the ????? in eng. ECM.My question is(at last)is loss of eng. data normall when BSi duff or am I missing somethig?
Can read ECM codes,glow plug control & FAP system.Not got codes with me at mo
Sods Law wait for BSi and needed ECM aswell/instead!
