Is there a history behind this fault? In other words, did it happen all of a sudden or did the customer acquire the vehicle with poor performance? The reason I ask is that I have had two customers with these vehicles and although both were used for light loads, they had the performance of a slug. Both were checked out by people more proficient than me and the owners were told that is how they are. Anyway, the upshot of all this is they came to me for re-mapping and although I got the BHP up from 75 to about 90, the result was two quicker slugs!

I assume there are no residue fault codes.
