Started again with all tests, did actuator tests agin and this time on re-reading codes kept coming up 1138 pressure regulator, tested wiring voltage ok did wiggle test again and lost readings. Stripped out harness visually no problems with wiring from rear of high pressure pump or so i thought started pulling wires and then i found it, wires broken, cut and resoldered wiring, all pressure gauges removed, first click of key started and reved up no fault codes and runs like new.
Just shows sometimes on retracing again will show up faults like these, think you have done it rihht first time.
