I suspect a few of you have come across this

Skoda Fabia Scout 2010 1.2 48,900 miles

This was in this week, customer complained the drivers window was intermittent up and down, then stopped working along with all the other windows from the drivers door

Global scan

01331 Door control module, drivers side (J386)
004 No signal communication

All the other windows work from the switches on each door, except drivers

Tested the drives door switch pack and they all seemed to be sending a signal. Suspected a bad connection or broken wire

Pulled out the socket on the drivers door pillar



Broken Red/White wire....repaired and all good
