I changed one of these recently on a 2006 Corolla.
Replacement part from the factor was Meat & Doria
about 300 euro retail all in as far as I remember.
Cant remember what Toyota quoted.
Motor was faulty on this one, the valve was clean and did register a code. Actually went in to limp mode.
