Your pattern, I agree, looks maddeningly familiar, and yet nothing in the TCC database that I can find matches it. The London shape of the cup looks very much like a Hilditch creation, but no such Hilditch pattern is recorded anywhere that I know of. Parts of the pattern as well as the shape also resemble Rathbone products, but there again I don't find a Rathbone pattern recorded.
