I found this blue and white bowl among my grandmother’s things - I’ve had a good search for the pattern and the maker’s mark, but can’t seem to find a match. I’d very much appreciate any suggestions.

The mark seems to be a caduceus which I think suggests Powell and Bishop, but I can’t find the pattern. I think the red numbers mean February 1857 but not certain. It’s a deep bowl, with a gilt rim. The photos show the bowl, the underneath, and the inside bottom. I would love to know who made it (and whether I could find any more).
