OK, I'm going to just partly break our policy, and say that in this condition and given the subject matter, in just my personal opinion, you are unlikely to be able to more than cover the cost of one nice restaurant meal if you were even able to sell this item. Given the chance that two people were interested in it in an auction, you might do a bit better. Maybe two dinners. But it is a really lovely piece and I personally would have welcomed it to my collection if I had seen it at that garage sale.
