I run a historic site in Lynchburg, Virginia, the most common china pieces we are finding is this red transferware marked "Naples Shield."

I've done some internet searching and it appears to have been made by Alcock? Can anyone give me more information about this pattern? The maker?, where the maker was located?, what years did he make this pattern of china? I really appreciate it!
