Richard Halliday has identified a shard of this border excavated at my 1827 Maine house as being from a tea cup in the Boy Piping pattern. He indicated that the pattern was produced in both dinnerware and teawares with slight differences in the borders between the two. He said the teaware pieces are less common than dinnerware pieces. Since he did not suggest it might be any other pattern with this border, I assume he does not know of any others.
