Hi Mike, yes, you can post, but the image must be hosted somewhere (i.e. have a URL). See the "image" button just below the message entry box. If unable to upload, then you can email images to our webmaster; instructions are on this Message Board landing page.

As to your second question, difficulty in downloading TCC Bulletins: I just randomly tested a half dozen or so, including one from 2012, and they do download, but are taking way too long (2012 #3 took about 3 or 4 minutes, which has not been the case in the past. This is certainly not how it should be, so I will have our webmaster look into the problem. In the meantime, go ahead and download, then step away from your computer or work on something else for a few minutes, and the download should appear. Sorry for the inconvenience, we'll get the problem fixed.
