I want to thank Tim for the excellent information and links he has provided in his response to your questions. The dishes are definitely not tealeaf ironstone which generally have a copper luster tealeaf in the center of a plate that was applied overglaze. Sprig molded decorated is the proper term for the ware and is found on bone china as often as on ironstone. With a teapot, creamer and sugar bowl, you appear to have a tea set, so I would guess that the little "Bowls/cups" that you show are handleless tea cups. These wares are almost never marked with a maker's name.
