Hocus pocus slight of hand or real deal? Please let me know what you think. Jerry
It's been some time since we've last communicated and i've mostly been just doing research. I found this video clip that I found quite interesting. If you have time can you check it out? It has some amazing video on a group putting a few drops of water in a balloon and inflating it and tying it off. They then proceed to polarize the water in the balloon by (we're assuming) placing the 12vdc negative lead on one side of the (rubber?) balloon and the positive to the other for a few seconds. Then they place the balloon on the grass and touch a flame to the skin of the balloon which of course causes the balloon to burst, but the interesting thing is that the water is burning on the grass and as they move the grass (that has the liquid on it) around the flame increases. Is this a clever hoax. The interesting thing is that the flame is blue and it appears not to emit radiant heat similar to Brown's gas. What is your take on this. http://peswiki.com/index.php/OS:Joe_Cell:Videos about halfway down the page is this video.
