Our tenrecs are E. telfairi. The one in question we just received from another zoo, and is captive-bred. Since we just acquired them, we have not created a hibernation cycle for them, and to be honest, since we were not planning on breeding them, we didn't plan on hibernating them (we have not done so with our older male). They are in a room that is maintained between 70 and 75 degrees F, and have heated areas in their cages which are generally between 80 and 85 degrees F. Thanks!
