Re: Saliva test for high risk BC

Unfortunately I have a very stubborn daughter. She acted mad when I told her I would even be willing to pay for her to get a mammogram. She told me it's done differently in the state she lives in & this is the way they say it needs to be done. I'm scared for her, but I can't convince her. She's living in denial so I pray nothing happens & she never gets breast cancer. She is at higher risk of getting it because of me even if her insurance company & her both seems to now think that makes no difference. It's frightening now what insurance companies are doing. I'm on medicare now & my Dr. decided I needed a pap smear because I've had precancerous cells before on my cervix & twice had to have them removed. Medicare denied paying for my pap smear because they said it wasn't needed because I'm over 65. I hate how insurance companies decide over Drs. what is necessary & not necessary.
