Recently, In one of our small local communities
here, 3 cops took on a 17 year old for playing
his boom box too loud. They roughed this kid
up pretty good, then once they had him cuffed
another officer came up and started beating the
kid with a night stick. The entire thing was
caught on someones phone. The video hit youtube
shorlty thereafter.


Granted, the kid mouthed off, but beating him
with a stick after he was cuffed is way over
the top.

This all happened out here where I live, not in our community but another not far away. We live pretty rural.
