Sophie wants to be with you so she has picked your potty habits up. lol I drink water all day so I go about every 2-3 hours day and night. I also have to wear a pad for coughs etc. That was annoying at first but I am used to it now. I had to find one that didn't irritate me. I thought I wouldn't experience them anymore after the menopause. But about a year ago that changed.
