I think its widely accepted that we don't deal with young talent well. Will take a little while to fix that.

I'd try and send him there on loan for the year. He's clearly nowhere near a starter for Moyes and needs regular game time at that age to keep developing.
He'd be comfortable back "home" and it'd be another year in the Premier League under his belt.
No idea if Southampton would want him, but it would be a win all round I think given the circumstances.
