Our former manager XI

The task is to create an XI out of former managers. They need to have managed us in the Premier League for at least 2 games. (And my bias towards the present means Howard Kendall and Colin Harvey are the management duo) Not a bad XI (everyone in their correct positions). Solid defensively, would be very strong at set pieces, but a little disjointed given a technical and high quality central midfield and two target men up front. Even the weak players (Walker, Moyes, Silva) had solid professional careers. And a few European cup winners (Koeman, Lampard, Ancelotti). I don't think many current PL clubs could put out a stronger team!
