Persistent sore throat which plays havoc with sleep
Tickly cough set off by certain foods, wine and laughing ( I often get this with colds since pneumonia in 2008 )
Mild sniffles
Yet….my resting heart rate is normal and I ran my fastest parkrun in almost 3 years in the middle of it.
Normally these things last 2-3 days. Really odd one.
