the biggest disappointment for me was that none of the players that came in really stepped up and gave Moyes either a decision to make or at least give some comfort in regards to squad depth. McNeil, wtf has happened to him. That was shocking What was even more shocking was that Alcaraz came off before him and Tim. WTF was that about. At least Alcaraz offered something. Dybling was far too passive. This should've been the game that he laid down a marker and show what he can offer. There was verty little of that. He only carried the ball and dribbled when he was absolutely forced to. Scared of giving the ball away? maybe. But that flys in the face of his welcome videos when he kept banging on about being brave. Far too passive I'm glad Moyes made the changes. These lads need to play and the hope was at least one or two of them would put their hands up and give Moyes food for thought. Just didn't happen. And saying that. Why the fuck didn't Moyes give Aznou a start? Not having a go at Seamus, i thought he did ok considering. But lets at least have a look at the new left back. What does playing an aging right at left back achieve. Really poor from Moyes there. It was such an Everton league cup performance. Different managers, different players, different opposition, same old shite. Even James Garner who i thought was the best player on the pitch. Let himself down badly for their second goal.

They've done studies, you know. 60% of the time, it works every time.
