No idea how many tickets are available in this ballot, no idea how many applications are made and wasting your time if you lose out.

...it seemed that nobody was informed about the ballot outcome - those who were successful seemed to be alerted by money being taken from their account and I don't think that those who were unsuccessful were even told anything from what I saw?
