2 x the plus membership for me and my daughter just to be able to enter a ballot and then not even being told - then offered resale tickets that wouldn't load. Today it's taken an hour and about 30 tries to get tickets v Mansfield with multiple failures at the seat selection stage, the seat assignment stage etc.
I hope the ticket purchase problems are just teething issues but the whole pay to enter a ballot thing doesn't sit well with me. Previous Message
the club is asking fans to pay an extra £25 to enter a ticket lottery and you are not told the results ffs.
No idea how many tickets are available in this ballot, no idea how many applications are made and wasting your time if you lose out. Previous Message
...it seemed that nobody was informed about the ballot outcome - those who were successful seemed to be alerted by money being taken from their account and I don't think that those who were unsuccessful were even told anything from what I saw?
