I think we've realised things aren't moving at the speed we want them to and we all recognise that signing top players is hard - but what he is clarifying is that the situation is not actually in hand at the moment and that he's frustrated with it - whether there's an element of blaming the club's representatives I am not quite sure but suspect there may be.
