2 seasons ago both DCL and Chris Wood had similar non penalty Xg
Chris Wood's was 11.9 and he scored 14
DCL's was 11.4 and he scored 5
DCL had chances he just rarely converted them
12 non penalty goals in the last 4 seasons

the injuries and being asked to carry almost the entire attacking burden on his own under Dyche have really stalled his career, of which he realistically has perhaps 3-5 years at this kind of level. If he can settle somewhere else quickly and perhaps bag some goals early on, he can get back on track. Previous Message
