these handball decisions are ridiculous. Ball is often hit at spewed over a very short distance yand defenders arms ARE in a natural position eg you can't run or jump naturally without raising your arms. It's unnatural to run with your hands behind your back.
I don't really understand why the handball offence was changed in the first place. It should be for deliberate or reckless handball.
If that referee hadn't been strong enough enough a penalty would be awarded incorrectly.
