Not sure, Flo... maybe it's an Ohio-Michigan thing - - but when kids get sickk, mom makes them a drink (float) made of Ginger Ale and Vanilla Ice Cream. The Ginger Ale is to settle the stomach...and the Ice Cream is to make the kid happy! Works every time... lol
