I understand. Yes, that is indeed sad. It's a shame the way so many elders are pushed aside....forgotten.
I mentioned to my lake friends (breakfast group) that I don't understand why so much effort is put into doing for the young people in our neighborhood while the older folks (many being widows and widowers) are basically ignored. In my heart, I feel THEY are the ones most in need. OK....stepping off my soapbox..
