The other day, I bought what looked to be two nice packages of Country Spareribs....They looked great. When I went to cook them yesterday, the smell seemed a bit off...and then I noticed a grayish color on the bottom of each.
It might have been from that little black piece of cardboard that is there to absorb meat moisture, but I was really turned off....no way were we eating those ribs....Out they went...and No,I did NOT save the receipt... Damn! I was bummed...
