That's what I try to do, also....I make a list of 3-4 things (goals) to get done each dday.....eveen simple things like filling bird feeders, taking out trash, weedding flower beds. It makes me feel like I've accomplished things. Somehow tho, my doctor and kids feel I should be walking a mile or so each day....HA! They don't count the trampoline as exercise. I sure do.
