I feel like I'm turning into one....how about you? I used to be super active....alwayss busy doing something. Now, I spend hours sitting at the computer or on my phone. Then, I start watching hours of TV. This is not good. Even my doctor told me to get off my butt and start moving. So, I hope to change this lazy habit and become more active.
