Anyone here prefer working out with kettlebells as opposed to dubmbells?

Or maybe you include both in your normal routine? I would like to work out more with kettlebells but my right shoulder condition is really limiting what I can do. It's frustrating.

I just learned of the exercise this week. Seems kind of odd.

The one where you swing the kettlbell between your legs and then up to approximately chest height.

Tried to perform it at Academy Sports yesterday while visting at lunch. I could not get the hang of it, perhaps in part because I felt pretty self-conscious.

It’s a good exercise. I’ll do it if I workout with kettlebells. *

So inclined dumbbell presses seem to work well for my shoulder.

Not certain why I did not try them earlier. And they are burning the hell out of the tops of my biceps and shoulders. So I have that going for me.
