Previous Message Actually turning people around to go wrong way on the highway to get out of it. Some people are cutting through the “authorized vehicle only” u turn areas to get on the correct flow direction but there’s 100’s of others continuing on the main highway going the wrong way. How long can that be safe?

They had one cop driving the shoulder on a microphone. No direction. No understanding of how to navigate. And the correct flow traffic yielded none to let these miles of stuck cars merge onto the highway.
