So we are caught in a highway standstill for about 90 minutes now and they are

Actually turning people around to go wrong way on the highway to get out of it. Some people are cutting through the “authorized vehicle only” u turn areas to get on the correct flow direction but there’s 100’s of others continuing on the main highway going the wrong way. How long can that be safe?
