Young alums who don’t care about Illini football or basketball creep me out but season tickets at 65

is a little weird. If we’re winning it’s fun but if not and my family and friends don’t want to go then I have to recalibrate. It was interesting at Ohio State sitting next to people whose families have had tickets for 30 years. I don’t think mine is going to make it beyond 10 (5 when I first graduated and the last three plus maybe two more). I’m still OK with top 40 performance, but lower third of the B1G is rough.
And my two extra seats went for $25 but I saw people were getting in for $10.
