Mainly on my treadmill at home, but I’ve done it a couple of times at the gym also.
It’s to strengthen the muscles that support your knees. You need to do it at a pretty good incline though. Also helps strengthen your lower back.
It’s part of the knees over toes protocol. It definitely helps with knee pain if you’re consistent with it.
